We have a pretty much equal split of members above and below 1000 points.
I think we should split them and have the lower half become an academy tribe under the protection and tutilege of the other. Any comments for or against?

I think that it's a good idea. I know that would mean a switch for me, but I would be totally willing to stay there to at least help lead it.

I have arranged for the NCA tribe to be set up and they are starting to invite new members. in a few days they may be inviting players from within NC but not yet. BurningWind if you wanted to be a Duke in that tribe I would hate to see you go but you may be in a good position to take that on.

Omi, if you think it would be better for the academy then of course. I need to work, it's just my thing, but what ever I can do I'm willing.
